FAQ:

// HOW CAN I BUY TICKETS?

Tickets can be purchased at the time of the event at our front entrance ticket booth.

// DO I HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE IF I PURCHASED MY TICKET ONLINE?

Yes! All online purchases must redeem thier tickets at the front entrance ticket booth and have reciept for online purchase available.

​

// ARE YOU OPEN IF IT RAINS?

We reserve the right to close attrations during unsafe or inclement weather. Our Facebook page will be updated by 6:00p.m. if an attraction must be closed. Combo passes can still be offered with an extra 50paintball shots for the Zombie Hunt Bus attration in replacement of closed attraction.

// DO MY TICKETS EXPIRE?

All tickets sold are valid and can be used any weekend through purchased years event. If you are unable to make it through each attraction you purchased you are able to come back on another weekend to use the ticket.

// DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

NO! We no longer offer refunds or exchanges for any circumstances. All sales are final.

// DO YOU OFFER DICOUNT COUPONS?

We offer a combo pass which includes all attractions at a reduced price.

​

// DO I HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE IT THROUGH ALL THE ATTRACTIONS?

It will take approximately one to two hours to go through all of our attractions on a slow night. On busier nights ( the last two weekends in October) it could take up to 3 1/2 hours. Again all purchased tickets can be used on any weekend during event times.

// DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AT THE EVENT?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

​

// DO YOU HAVE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS?

We leave the decision to the parents as they know their children best and are able to decide what a child can or cannot handle. However, there is blood, gore, scares, and characters that may frighten children (some adults for that matter!) – Keep in mind, no refunds are given and that we do offer a Kid Friendly Daytime Event.

// ARE YOU WHEELCHAIR ACCESSABLE?

Unfortunately no we are not. Our attractions require guests to walk long and at times rough distances.

​

// DO YOU USE STROBE LIGHTS OR FOG MACHINES?

Yes, all attractions may have strobe lights or fog machines. 

 

// WILL THE MONSTERS OR CHARACTERS TOUCH ME?

The monsters/characters are NOT allowed to touch in the haunted houses and we ask that you do not either. However, our monsters may touch in the Dead Creek (nothing concerning, overly aggressive, or harmful). You are not allowed to touch the monsters/characters.

// CAN WE TAKE FLASH PHOTOS WHILE GOING THROUGH THE ATTRACTIONS?

There is no photography (flash or not) allowed inside any of our Haunted atrractions. Outside of the Haunted attractions feel free to take plenty of pictures and please share your pictures on our Zombie Haunt Facebook page. Tag us so we can see how much you enjoyed your visit!

// DO YOU SERVE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?

No we do not, and we have the right to refuse service or ask you to leave if we feel you are intoxicated. We do our best to keep our events kid friendly and safe.

​

// DO YOU HAVE A SMOKING AREA?

You may smoke in the parking lot only.

​

// DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?

Unfortunatly no we do not.

​

// CAN I WEAR A HALLOWEEN COSTUME?

YES, please do!

// HOW DO I CONTACT ZOMBIE HAUNT FOR PRESS INTERVIEWS, FLIMING, PHOTOGRAPHY?
